Graduated from Malviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Studied algorithms, systems programming, and software engineering foundations.

Creato Web IT Solutions, Indore

Built native Android apps in Java and Kotlin. Integrated payment gateways, social SDKs, and third-party APIs. Delivered pixel-perfect UI following Material Design.

Senior Software Engineer

Feb 2020 – Present

EncoreSky Technologies, Indore

Leading backend and AI engineering. Architected a multi-tenant AI voice-agent SaaS (FastAPI/PostgreSQL), built call orchestration and LLM integration, and shipped 15+ third-party integrations on AWS with Cognito auth and CI/CD. Earlier: led mobile (Android/Flutter) delivery and client communication.
